Terms of Service
Effective date: June 14, 2026 · Last updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Signal Burst software wallet application and related websites and services (together, "Signal Burst" or the "Service"), operated by UO Solutions, LLC, doing business as Signal Burst ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Signal Burst, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Plain-language summary (not a substitute for the full terms): Signal Burst is a self-custody wallet. You hold your own private keys; we never hold your keys or your funds. Our screening of incoming transfers is informational and not a guarantee. We follow applicable anti-money-laundering rules. You are responsible for keeping your seed phrase safe.
1. Who we are
Signal Burst is operated by UO Solutions, LLC, doing business as Signal Burst, located at 2875 NE 191st St, Ste 801, Miami, FL 33180, USA. You can reach us, including our compliance team, at [email protected].
2. Non-custodial service
Signal Burst is a non-custodial, self-custody wallet. Your private keys and recovery phrase ("seed phrase") are generated and stored on your device. We do not generate, hold, transmit, escrow, or have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or funds at any time. Because the Service is non-custodial:
- You are solely responsible for securing your device, seed phrase, and credentials.
- We cannot freeze, reverse, recover, or restore access to your wallet or funds, and we cannot reverse transfers you authorize.
- If you lose your seed phrase, your funds will be permanently inaccessible and cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.
3. Eligibility and prohibited users
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use Signal Burst if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. or other applicable sanctions, or if you appear on any sanctions list (including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list). You may not use Signal Burst for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion.
4. Incoming-transfer screening
Signal Burst screens incoming transfers by checking the sender's public blockchain address against third-party and public datasets (for example, sanctions lists, known mixer clusters, and high-risk address sets) and assigning an informational risk score. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Screening operates only on publicly available blockchain data relating to the sender's address. It does not read or transmit your private keys or seed phrase.
- Risk scores and results are informational only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, depend on third-party data, and do not constitute legal, tax, compliance, or investment advice.
- A "cleared" result is not a guarantee that a transfer is lawful or risk-free, and a "flagged" result is not a determination that any party has acted unlawfully.
- You remain responsible for deciding whether to accept any transfer and for your own legal and tax obligations.
5. Optional identity verification (KYC)
The core self-custody wallet and incoming screening do not require identity verification. If you choose to access a verified tier or certain regulated add-on services, you may be asked to complete identity verification ("KYC") and provide documentation. We collect and process this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may refuse, suspend, or discontinue verified services where we are unable to verify your identity or where required by law.
6. Anti-money-laundering
We maintain a written anti-money-laundering (AML) program that includes sanctions screening, monitoring of the services we operate, recordkeeping, and reporting where legally required, under a designated compliance officer. We may decline to provide, or may discontinue, any service to comply with our legal obligations.
7. No investment, legal, or tax advice
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile and you may lose value. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for any taxes you owe.
8. Risk acknowledgment
You understand that holding and transferring crypto assets carries significant risk, including total loss of value, irreversible transactions, software and network vulnerabilities, and loss of access if you lose your seed phrase. You use Signal Burst at your own risk.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful activity; (b) attempt to circumvent sanctions or screening; (c) reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt the Service; (d) misrepresent the source of funds; or (e) use the Service on behalf of a sanctioned or prohibited person.
10. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party data providers, networks, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third parties, including public blockchains, which we do not control.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UO Solutions, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds resulting from your loss of keys, your authorized transactions, or third-party conduct. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UO Solutions, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law. [Confirm governing law, venue, and any arbitration clause with your counsel before publishing.]
